When you register, we collect your username, email address, and a securely hashed password. When you place an order, we store the link and quantity you submit. When you add funds, we store transaction details needed to verify and credit your payment.
Your information is used to operate your account, process orders and payments, respond to support tickets, and — where enabled — send transactional emails (order confirmations, deposit approvals, ticket replies).
Card, mobile wallet, and crypto payment details are handled directly by our payment processors (UddoktaPay, NOWPayments) — BoostNest does not see or store your card number, wallet PIN, or private keys.
We do not sell your personal data. Your order link/username may be shared with an upstream service provider solely to fulfill your order when a service is linked to a Provider.
We use cookies to keep you logged in (including an optional long-lived "remember me" cookie), remember your language preference, and track referral signups. Disabling cookies in your browser may prevent the site from functioning correctly.
Account and order data is retained as long as your account is active, or as required for legal/accounting purposes.
You may request a copy of your data or request account deletion at any time by opening a support ticket.
